Location: Florida (Hybrid or Remote options available)
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing & Learning Design Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in creative work across traditional and digital media. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for innovative marketing strategies with a keen eye for design to enhance our brand identity and learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns that resonate across various platforms, including social media, email, print, and video.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging learning materials and educational content that aligns with brand goals.
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content that effectively communicate key messages and enhance user experience.
- Utilize digital tools and analytics to measure and report on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and learning design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a strong focus on brand development and learning design.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid or remote environment.
- An innovative mindset with a passion for creating impactful brand narratives and engaging learner experiences.
