We are currently seeking assurance/audit intern applications for our summer 2024 internship program in Bermuda. Job Description:

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure our business is running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, be highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and oversee daily operations within the organization
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies
– Train, motivate, and manage staff to ensure high productivity levels
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Develop strategies to optimize operational processes and reduce costs
– Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes
– Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in operations management
– Strong leadership and decision-making skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other operational software
– Experience with inventory management systems
– Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
