The Glider Technician I is responsible for assisting with glider operations and managing project metadata. They also recruit and supervise part-time glider pilots following established procedures.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring efficiency and productivity. The Office Manager will also be responsible for managing administrative staff, coordinating schedules, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the office
– Manage administrative staff and assign tasks
– Coordinate schedules and appointments
– Handle correspondence and communications
– Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed
– Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
– Assist in developing and implementing office policies
– Maintain a clean and organized office environment
– Support other staff members as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
