  • Review and analyze incoming credit applications including credit reports, financial statements across all products (Ag, Turf, Multi-Use, Golf).
  • Independently make credit decisions based on established credit guidelines or escalate as required and actively communicate decisions to dealers.
  • Provide guidance to dealers in optimizing the use of JDF products to facilitate sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders (territory finance managers, sales/marketing, strategic credit managers).
  • Respond to and resolve incoming and outgoing inquiries from dealer channel by phone and email. Phones approx. 5-15 calls based on time of year, avg length

  • 2 or more years of credit experience in the equipment finance industry, with knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Bilingual – French fluency.
  • Ability to identify key risks and appropriate mitigating factors, make and communicate informed decisions.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, intranet/internet functions.
  • Self-motivated, ability to independently manage workload and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work a set shift within retail credit hours of operation (March – October: 8:30 to 7 pm EST. November – March: 8:30 to 6 pm EST. Late shift 1-2x per month during 7 pm EST extended hours, based on availability). Regular shift is 8:30-5:00 pm EST.
  • This is a remote work from home position; candidates must have an appropriate from work home set-up with a stable internet connection.
