Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving product or service problems, and meeting customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolve product or service issues in a timely manner
– Provide information about products and services to customers

Requirements:
