We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing with product marketing and analytical abilities to develop, produce, and deliver a go-to market strategy as well as build a product marketing practice/competency for our industry-leading supply monetization platform. You will be our first director-level hire for product marketing and have a large say in building our product marketing function. You will own the product marketing function and set the tone for all outbound messaging. This role is part of the product team and has a seat at the table in setting product roadmap. You’ll work closely with our PMs, marketing, sales, and other functions as well as our business partners.

About the Role

    • Mentor and grow a product marketing team over time
    • Conduct market research by collaborating with customers to gain feedback for new features and products
    • Communicate your findings internally, then quickly implement and roll out updates with consistent outbound messaging
    • Lead market assessments to identify new product opportunities
    • Plan and develop initiatives for product strategy through hypothesis driven structured analysis
    • Define and compose marketing materials to support product initiatives, including: web content, sales collateral, white papers, etc.
    • You’ll have the support of our marketing and design team for actual collateral.
    • Be knowledgeable about the programmatic ad tech ecosystem, current issues/trends, etc

About You

    • 7+ years of product marketing experience Experience leading a team
    • Experience in a Product Marketing function for a B2B SaaS company
    • Experience in the publishing or AdTech industry
    • Experience working cross-departmentally, interfacing with engineering, product and marketing teams regularly
    • Thrive in an agile environment; able and willing to gather the right data quickly, pick the point at which more information isn’t worth the cost to collect it, and make a decision on their own
    • Strong quantitative analytical skills with a relentless attention to details
    • Able to produce finished and polished marketing collateral
