Consulting projects play a key role in contributing to a practice’s overall strategy and vision. Consultants also assist in marketing efforts by actively contributing to various projects.
Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $22 per hour
Our client, a well-established company in Toronto, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization and work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel
– Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
– Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
– Schedule meetings and appointments
– Assist with special projects as needed
– Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Professional and friendly demeanor
