Job description: The Culinary Innovation Specialist is responsible for collaborating with various teams within the Regional Support Center (RSC) such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Training, IT, and FP&A to develop and execute culinary innovation projects. This role involves working closely with Purchasing, Marketing, Operations, and Training teams to bring new product or technique ideas to life. The Culinary Innovation Specialist utilizes their deep understanding of culinary trends and techniques to drive menu development and enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills to successfully implement innovative culinary solutions within the organization.
