Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: London, ON
Description: Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
– Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
– Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and support
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
