The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, managing attendance and punctuality, overseeing transportation logistics, maintaining store cleanliness, driving marketing initiatives, and monitoring profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Service Excellence:
- Ensure high standards of customer service are met and maintained across all store operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Attendance and Punctuality:
- Monitor staff attendance and punctuality, ensuring adherence to scheduled shifts and company policies.
- Implement schedules and manage staff rotations to optimize staffing levels.

Transportation Coordination:
- Oversee transportation arrangements for staff commuting to and from work, ensuring timely and reliable service.
- Work with transportation providers to maintain routes and schedules.

Store Cleanliness:
- Ensure the store is regularly cleaned and organized, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain store standards.

Marketing Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and campaigns that drive store traffic.
- Engage with local communities through outreach efforts to enhance brand visibility.

- Assist in tracking financial performance, compiling reports on sales and expenses to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred.
