About the Role*
The VP of Marketing is responsible for all marketing across eCivis and Questica. The VP of marketing will hire and develop talent, develop and execute marketing strategy through a marketing team, develop and manage the marketing budget, and work with other key senior executives to meet short-and long-term growth goals.

Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase drive sales and build brand awareness
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
- Design, review and optimize the Marketing budget
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
- Track competitors’ activities.
Qualifications
- At least 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years leading digital marketing. Prior experience working in US State and Local Govtech experience preferred.
- Experience and examples of building, executing, and measuring a successful marketing strategy to achieve $50M+ ARR
- Proven success in building and leading teams, creating great brands, driving revenue success and leading business transformation.
- Solid grasp of best-in-class marketing principles in content marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. MA/MS preferred
- Remote working experience
- Proficient in the following tools: HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Airtable, Slack, MS Office Products
