Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable individual to fill the role of Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures, as well as monitoring inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts
– Train and supervise warehouse staff
– Implement and maintain safety procedures
– Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
– Communicate effectively with other departments and external partners
– Complete regular reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Forklift certification preferred
