BDO Canada is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Operations/Support Manager to join their team. Certification or working knowledge in Agile, Scrum methodology, or Project Management would be considered an asset. Other skills are also desired for this position.
Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. This individual will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they are meeting their sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals
– Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and support
– Drive revenue growth through prospecting and closing new business opportunities
– Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to develop strategies for generating leads and increasing sales
– Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
– Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance and key metrics
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
– Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
