We are seeking a Load Advance Specialist who will be full-time remote with working hours Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
The Load Advance Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, verifying and processing load advance requests submitted by clients, as well as assist with processing batches received from the intake portal as time permits. The opportunity comes with an unlimited possibility to grow and learn.This role is responsible for:

  • Monitoring and reviewing advance requests from clients
  • Making verification calls and emails to debtors
  • Enter data into Load Processor
  • Release funds to clients
  • Assisting in processing batches from the Intake Portal
