Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
– Process and track customer orders in a timely manner
– Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
