The Project Coordinator at the Medical Affairs Office at PHSA Corporate in Vancouver, BC works with Operation Manager(s) to identify various aspects of the position and collaborates to achieve the organization’s Mission and Vision.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the office staff, clients, and management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and responding to emails in a professional manner
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
– Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
– Assisting with payroll and invoicing
– Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous administrative experience is preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
