Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related professional area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
