This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to design and implement the best solution for our clients. This key member of our team contributes to the entire software development lifecycle including analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modeling, development, testing, and implementation as well as educating and leading others in the form of code reviews, workshops, and documentation.The Work:Engage with the customer to understand their unique business challenges and initiatives .Work with business and technology client representatives to gather technical and business requirements in a consultative manner.Analyze requirements and provide best practices suggestions in the design of the solution.Design and create training materials needed for the project (e.g. job aids, reference guides, campaign flows).Oversee the management of project’s documentation.Lead the implementation of Marketing Cloud workstream ensuring that data is connected appropriatelyConfigure, build, and test journeys or automations based on proposed designsHere’s What You’ll Need:Minimum of 6 years of campaign management experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Minimum of 6 years designing marketing solutions (e.g., capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, process reengineering).A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this positionMust have experience working on marketing automation platforms integration and activationEnglish is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
