We are recruiting for a Project Manager for Sunrooms in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and prioritization skills. The role involves participating in daily huddles and working closely with operations on project management. This position is a great opportunity to support our growing company.
Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks including answering incoming calls, managing the reception area, and performing general office duties.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings
– Provide general administrative support to team members
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Perform data entry and maintain databases
