Position: Retail Assistant Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON

We are seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, merchandising, and customer service to ensure the success of the store.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
– Provide excellent customer service, including product knowledge, assistance with purchases, and resolving customer complaints
– Assist in maintaining store merchandising standards, including setting up displays, restocking shelves, and organizing product placement
– Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they provide outstanding customer service and meet sales goals
– Handle cash transactions, process returns/exchanges, and maintain accurate records of daily sales
– Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers and drive revenue growth
