Job Description:
Our company is looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, and development.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
– Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business goals and objectives.
– Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
– Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
– Conduct regular training sessions for employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
– Ensure all HR-related data and records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
– Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Detail-oriented and organized.
– PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
