English First is seeking Online English Tutors to provide English language instruction to students worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, experience teaching or tutoring students of varying skill levels, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct online English language lessons for individual students or small groups
– Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills
– Assess student progress and provide feedback to help students improve their English language proficiency
– Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance
– Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive learning experience for all
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
– TEFL, TESOL, CELTA certification or equivalent preferred
– Experience teaching or tutoring English language learners of all ages and proficiency levels
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Reliable internet connection and computer with audio and video capabilities
