Retail Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee all operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures
– Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue
– Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Manage store expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
– Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
