We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects at TDI Land Restoration, a leading construction company in Ontario. The ideal candidate will be able to exceed client expectations and efficiently manage projects.
Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
– Provide product information and pricing to customers
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Knowledge of CRM software preferred
