Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers
– Providing information about products and services
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Processing orders and returns

Requirements:
