Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
– Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
– Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
– Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals
– Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
