Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of business processes and technology systems.
Responsibilities:
– Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
– Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements
– Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
– Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
– Create and maintain documentation of system configurations and business processes
– Support project managers in planning and executing technology projects
– Provide technical support and training to end users as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
– At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and other business analysis tools
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
