Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Health and Safety Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety programs and policies within the organization. You will also be responsible for conducting safety inspections, training employees on safety procedures, and investigating incidents to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations. Position: Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Toronto, ON

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the manufacturing process, ensuring quality standards are met, and organizing production schedules.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage a team of production workers, ensuring they adhere to safety procedures and meet productivity goals
– Monitor and maintain production equipment, making sure they are functioning properly at all times
– Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and deadlines
– Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
– Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance and support as needed
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and increase efficiency

Qualifications:
