We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Windsor, ON. The successful candidate will have proven experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements, as well as working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
– Conduct analysis to identify operational and business process improvements
– Work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs
– Develop and maintain documentation such as business process flows, use cases, and user stories
– Participate in the testing and implementation of business solutions
– Provide support and training to end-users when required
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis standards and processes

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in business analysis
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
– Experience with agile methodologies and tools
– Knowledge of business process modeling and requirements management tools
– Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
