Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Assist with mailings and other office tasks as needed
– Prepare and proofread documents
– File and retrieve documents
– Perform data entry tasks
– Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication skills
– Detail-oriented and highly organized
– Ability to work independently
– Excellent time management skills
