With a focus on influencer-first work, you will report directly to the Manager, Influencer Marketing.Influencer MarketingSupport the Influencer Marketing Manager in the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns and all other influencer-related tasks, including the following but not limited to:Lead the writing of influencer campaign briefs, communicating the messaging, deliverable requirements, goals, and other relevant information to enable influencer content creationAssist in the day-to-day management of external influencer agency partners, keeping all parties informed and ensuring campaigns remain on scheduleRegularly review, submit collective team feedback, and approve influencer contentBuild decks outlining the influencer strategy, tactics, and deliverables for Sephora Canada campaignsPartner with project leads, creative and PM to develop social-first influencer strategies that support broader Marketing campaignsCollaborate cross-functionally with Store Teams, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, and Integrated Marketing to create high impact influencer led contentAssist in the development and execution of the larger Canadian-owned Influencer StrategyResearch and share relevant insights on the influencer and beauty marketing industriesBuild guest lists for local press/influencer events and occasionally attend events that may extend beyond traditional working hoursSupport the budget management of the Influencer Marketing lineShipping products directly to influencers, as needed for campaignsOther Supporting TasksSupporting analysis and reporting of social media and Influencer contentSupport ad-hoc requests from the Social Media teamWHAT YOU’LL BRING:3+ years of working experience in Social Media and/or influencer marketing experience, brand or agency experience preferredA passion and deep understanding of social media platforms, inclusive of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, as well as exploration into emerging platformsExperience partnering with talent management and influencer marketing agencies to develop and deliver high performing creator contentA keen curiosity about social media analytics and how it can be used to optimize content performanceYou’re a self-starter, who can work with some ambiguity and find creative solutions to new challengesYou’re a very clear and efficient communicator, both written and verbalYou are collaborative, creative, and ready to brainstorm new and exciting ideasYou’re not afraid to test new things and think outside of the boxYou’re very organized and have strong time management and prioritization skillsYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressureYou’re technically savvy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.Experience with Traackr, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, or other social scheduling platforms is considered an assetWHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE
