CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support senior team members with design projects (from concept to research to design execution)
  • Execute on direction given by Design Lead and senior team on projects such as: campaign logo design; campaign design systems; key visuals; landing pages and microsites; agency-owned brand design works (print and digital).
  • Assess and maintain pixel perfect brand asset kits for iconic brands.
  • Collaborate with a variety of creative teams across multiple iconic brands to create scalable design systems for mid and large-scale social activations and campaigns.
  • Develop innovative design solutions and contribute to the evolution of existing brand work across our agency pods.
  • Provide design guidance to Junior team members when prompted.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • A designer with 3-5 years’ experience with a BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Passionate about graphic design with an insatiable eye for detail and brand consistency
  • You’re and Adobe Creative Cloud rockstar and demonstrate proficiency in Figma.
  • Portfolio demonstrates strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, and branding.
  • Conceptual designer with a right and left-brain approach to design problem-solving
  • A critical thinker and creative problem solver who efficiently troubleshoots hurtles without compromising design and brand standards.
