Key responsibilities:
The Paid Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing lead generation campaigns via our paid marketing channels, with focus on META and TikTok . You ensure your campaigns generate high-quality leads and monetize that they reach revenue and margin targets with a focus on ROI.
Other responsibilities are:
- Managing budgets and campaigns
- Develop and constantly iterate on a testing plan designed to identify incremental campaign improvements.
- Establish and track KPIs and leading indicators as part of these campaigns.
- Report on performance at regular intervals
- Keep track of best practices
- Escalates underperforming business cases that are at risk of not reaching margin
- Identify new opportunities to drive revenue
- Accountable for checking all the content being advertised is truthful and complies with codes of advertising practice.
- Works closely with Creative Studio and briefs for new creative opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyzing of ad copy, ad visuals and landing pages to continue to refine and improve CTR and CR.

Requirements
Your qualifications
- Has experience managing mid to high level budgets across multiple media buying platforms.
- Has 2-3 years of digital media buying and planning experience.
- Hands on experience and knowledge of media buying platforms like Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
- Must be able to set up campaigns from scratch on Meta and TikTok.
- Experience with Native platforms like Taboola is not a must but a plus.
- Experience in the digital lead generation sector is a plus.
