Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and transferring calls
– Greeting and assisting visitors
– Filing and organizing documents

– Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
