The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a team that specializes in the design, operation, membrane and ion exchange products, and custom engineered equipment for VEOLIA’s municipal and industrial projects. Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all administrative functions of the office, including coordinating schedules, managing invoices, and handling all office correspondence.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize all office activities
– Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
– Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Handle all office paperwork, including invoices and reports
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Qualifications:
