Job Description
Property Manager
Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the Mississauga area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day property management duties including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial and residential properties
– Handle all aspects of leasing including marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiation, and move-in/move-out processes
– Coordinate maintenance and repairs for properties
– Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
– Ensure properties are in compliance with all regulations and codes
– Prepare budgets and financial reports for properties
– Handle tenant inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of property management experience
– Experience with commercial and residential properties is preferred
– Strong knowledge of leasing, maintenance, and property management processes
– Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
