The Sell In and B2B Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of customer service. They will manage and optimize order processing for both sell in and B2B customers.
Title: Admin Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

We are looking for a reliable Admin Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and handling accounts payable tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Communicate with suppliers and vendors to process invoices
– Code and enter invoices into accounting system
– Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
– Prepare payments for approval
– Assist with month-end closing processes
– Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls

Qualifications:
– 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or administrative role
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
