Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 a year
Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
