Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience managing front desk operations.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
– Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
– Schedule appointments and manage the conference room calendar
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
