Title: Program Director – Business Improvement
Location: Kitchener, ON
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 a year

Key responsibilities include:
– Driving continuous improvement through identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance business operations
– Leading cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and achieve project objectives
– Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives
– Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
– Providing leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery
– Monitoring project progress and reporting on key performance indicators to management
– Managing project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
– Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and profitability
Qualifications and requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in project management, business improvement, or related field
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of successfully leading improvement projects and achieving business objectives
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Proficiency in project management tools and software
– Experience in manufacturing or supply chain industry is an asset
