Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in all areas of HR, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews
– Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees
– Handle employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
– Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies
– Prepare and update HR policies and procedures as needed
– Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
