  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Partner with PMs and analytics team to utilize quantitative data to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes.
  • Support other design tasks as needed from the content or partnership team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align on goals, and brainstorm solutions.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advocate for user-centered design decisions and and collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and methodologies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven experience in leading end to end design process: user research, collaborative ideation, prototyping, UX/UI design and usability testing.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional team workshops with strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to validate design decisions.
  • Strong UI design skills with excellent attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong time management and organization skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, and Javascript) is a bonus but not required.
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in UX Design or a related field.
