The Manager, Risk and Patient Safety is responsible for overseeing clinical and operational risk management, as well as the Patient Safety Learning System (PSLS) at PHC. This role includes planning, implementing, and monitoring departmental and project budgets, as well as ensuring quality standards are met.
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from customers
– Providing information about products and services
– Processing orders and returns
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
