Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Our company is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
