Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 a year

Description:

Our client, a global leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and in person. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams, and provide training and guidance to customers on the use of products and services. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service.

Responsibilities:
