Job description:

The Client Service Representative provides high quality client service to clients by responding to client inquiries, collaborating with internal departments to resolve client issues, and monitoring order status to achieve a high level of client satisfaction. The Client Service Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing timely and accurate information.

Key responsibilities:

– Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
