A company is seeking a full-time architect with 5-10 years of experience to support the Project Architect/Design Manager in coordinating project documentation during the Administration and Closeout phases of a project. The Architect will work under the direction of the Design Manager.

Description:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and residential construction, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, framing walls and ceilings, installing doors and windows, and finishing surfaces. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, follow safety regulations, and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Carpenter
– Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Valid driver’s license
