Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate individuals
– Greeting clients and visitors
– Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
– Filing, copying, and faxing documents
– Ordering office supplies
– Assisting with special projects as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
