Job Description:

– Provide support to Investment Advisors in managing client portfolios and executing investment strategies
– Maintain and update client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
– Prepare client reports, presentations, and investment proposals
– Conduct market research and analysis to assist in investment decision-making
– Coordinate client meetings and assist with client communications as needed
– Collaborate with the investment team to maximize client satisfaction and achieve business goals

– Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
