A professional firm is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their team in providing project and construction management services throughout the Greater Toronto area. Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to project management duties.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue for the organization.

Responsibilities:

– Identify key prospects and clients within the target market
– Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
– Present and pitch company products and services to potential clients
– Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
– Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales plans
– Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
– Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
– Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management on business development activities

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales role
– Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Strong negotiation and closing skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Highly organized and detail-oriented
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
